The Dirty Swine is home to low n’ slow, Asian-inspired flavors. Partners Sam and Trang both love cooking and the satisfaction they get when they make people happy with their food. Together they opened a lunch bar to showcase their creativity and bold flavors. Wanting to cover more grounds, they decided to operate a food truck in 2017, little did they know that they would soon get hooked to the pulsating vibrancy of food markets, public events and festivals. Meeting new people became their staple, changing event venues their nooks.
